According to the published draft of amendments in Income Tax Bills limited partnerships will be no longer treated as transparent companies. As for now limited partnerships are not taxpayers of income tax, but income is taxable on the level of the partners, who participate in a such kind of partnership.

It will be changed from 1 January 2021 whether the amendments will come into force.

If so, income firstly will be taxed on the level of the company and secondly on the level of the partners.
